Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all patients, the following policy will be strictly enforced:
Please understand that your time commitment begins at the moment you reserve an appointment. In order to make it fair for everyone, please consider your schedule carefully before reserving an appointment. Patients that miss or cancel appointments last minute (emergencies excluded) without at least 24 hours notice from the time of your scheduled appointment will be charged our cancellation/no show fee of $45. This fee is due before receiving your next treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment than it will infringe upon your scheduled time and you will not receive your full one hour massage. Insurance patients will be personally responsible for payment of missed appointments. We will not bill your insurance for missed appointments.
